Burnout to Beliefs- A meeting with Jessica Cunningham

There are moments in life when you meet someone and instantly recognise something familiar—not in their story, but in their energy.

Meeting Jessica Cunningham was one of those moments.

You might know her from The Apprentice or Celebrity Big Brother, or as a hugely successful entrepreneur and millionaire. On paper, she’s the definition of driven. Add to that being a mother of five (and pregnant with number six), and it’s easy to assume she’s simply built differently.

But beneath all of that success is something far more relatable—and far more important.

She’s experienced burnout.


When “Strong” Becomes Too Much

Jessica spoke openly about a period where pushing forward, achieving more, and holding everything together came at a cost.

Because it was my story too.
